The Lafayette Pointe Board of Directors has appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Election and we are managing the election process for this election.

The Board is seeking volunteers to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms for this election will be 1-2 years and will re-establish staggered terms for the board. 

The deadline for board nominations was Dec 5 and three (3) nominations have been received for the following homeowners:

Anand Suresh, Unit #5
Vipul Khamar, Unit #25
Patricia Mitsueda, Unit #12
 

At the close of this deadline, ballots will be mailed/emailed to all homeowners, with a deadline to return ballots by February 8th.

The HOA will be holding a board meeting to observe the ballot opening and count at 6 p.m. on Feb. 9 via ZOOM. A vote quorum is not required for this meeting. If you have any questions about the nomination process or upcoming election, please contact us.
