Balloting is now underway – and you can mail in your completed ballot today. Ballots must be received at the mailing address on the provided return envelope by February 26, 2026, to be considered for this election. To allow for any unforeseen delays with mail delivery, it’s recommended that you mail your completed ballot sufficiently ahead of the February 26 deadline.

If you are a digital voter and did not receive an email on January 22, please email us. 
 

ATTENDING THE BALLOT COUNT

The counting of ballots is open to the public, and will be conducted via Zoom and in person during the association’s scheduled board meeting. Zoom link details: https://meet.google.com/wxr-eeqc-rsc

The HOA will be holding a digital board meeting to observe the ballot opening and count on Monday, February 26 at 6:30 p.m. via Zoom. 
A vote quorum is not required for this meeting.
