Special Assessment Initiative for 2025
The Ansel Arms Homeowners Association is proposing a special assessment and the HOA Election Team has mailed ballots to all homeowners to be able to vote on this initiative.
The proposed special assessment is for $7,000 per home. The Board has recommended this assessment is needed for repairs and maintenance in the community, and to maintain financial solvency for the HOA moving forward by adding funds to HOA reserves.
If approved, the proposed one-time Special Assessment of $7,000 per household would be payable by Dec. 31, 2025.

Deadline for ballots to be Received by Election Inspector
July 30, 2025
Be sure to mail completed ballots in time to allow the ballot to be received by July 30, 2025 at 4 p.m. to ensure it is counted in this election.
