Ballot initiative for proposed assessment
The 1722 Brockton Ave. HOA Board of Directors has appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Election and we are managing the election process for this ballot initiative.
Balloting is now underway – and you can mail in your completed ballot today. Ballots must be received at the mailing address on the provided return envelope by April 29, 2026 to be considered for this election. To allow for any unforeseen delays with mail delivery, it’s recommended that you mail your completed ballot sufficiently ahead of the April 29 deadline.

ATTENDING THE BALLOT COUNT
The counting of ballots is open to the public, and will be conducted via ZOOM during the association’s scheduled board meeting.
The HOA will be holding a board meeting to observe the ballot opening and count on April 29 at 6 p.m. The ballot count can be observed online via Zoom Meeting at:
