The Villa 16th St. Homeowners Association Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the balloting and vote count process for a proposed set of amendment to the community's CC&Rs.

Ballots for this proposed amendment have been distributed to all homeowners and must be returned to the Election Inspector at the address below by 4 p.m. Sept. 29, 2025.

The proposed amendments are detailed in a document enclosed and distributed with the ballots and pertain to:

  –  Article IV, Section 4.4 – Rate of Assessment

  –  Article VIII, Section 8.1(d) – Association Liability for Repair

  –  Article X, Section 10.3 – Assessments

  –  Deletion of Exhibit “A” and replacement with Exhibit “B”
