Special Assessment Election for 2025
Welcome to the information page for the Unity Arms Homeowners' Association special assessment ballot for 2025.
The Unity Arms Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the notification and balloting process for the proposed special assessment.
Details on the proposed special assessment will be contained in the official ballot. The special assessment pertains to funding for repair costs proposed by your HOA's board of directors.
