Welcome to the information page for the Tiffany Square Homeowners' Association election for 2025.

The Tiffany Square Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for future terms on your HOA’s board of directors.

The 2025 board election has been call to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors, as well as consideration of a proposed special assessment. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for one (1) year. 

There have been three (3) nominations to the board, as listed below, and ballots were mailed to all homeowners on Jan. 2, 2025

Nominees for the Board are as follows:

• William Irvine, Unit 9
• Sugar Inniss, Unit 11
• Alisha Edmonds, Unit 4

Ballots must be returned by mail to the HOA Election Team by 5 p.m. on Feb. 1, 2025 to be counted in this election.
