Welcome to the information page for The Dwellings Homeowners' Association election for 2026.

The Dwellings has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for future terms on your HOA’s board of directors.

The 2026 board election has been called to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for one (1) year. 

The deadline for board nominations was March 2 and six nominations have been received for the following homeowners (in alphabetic order):

• Lauren Araujo, 117 Darlington Lane
• Datta Khalsa, 103 Darlington Lane
• Trish Mihalek, 129 Darlington Lane
• Silvia Perez, 107 Darlington Lane
• Jeff Staben, 129 Darlington Lane

Queries must be submitted by 5 p.m., April 8 to be included in this election.

At the close of this deadline, ballots will be mailed to all homeowners, with a deadline to return ballots to the address above by the stated date in mid-May.

The HOA will be holding a board meeting to observe the ballot opening and count in May, with details to come from the HOA. A vote quorum of 8 ballots is required for this meeting. If quorum is not achieved, the meeting may be rescheduled at least 20 days out, at which time the quorum is reduced to 20% of HOA membership.
