Welcome to the information page for The Dwellings Homeowners' Association election for 2026.
The Dwellings has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for future terms on your HOA’s board of directors.
The 2026 board election has been called to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for one (1) year.
Homeowners may nominate themselves and/or other qualified members of the association by submitting the nomination to the HOA Election Team either by email or U.S. Mail prior to the stated deadline.

Nominations must be made by 5 p.m. on March 2, 2026 to be counted in this election.
2026 ELECTION: Nominations for open board seats must be received by the Election Inspector by 5 p.m. March 2, 2026 to be counted in this election.
