Welcome to the information page for The Dwellings Homeowners' Association election for 2026.

The Dwellings has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for future terms on your HOA’s board of directors.

The 2026 board election has been called to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for one (1) year. 

Ballot packages were mailed to all homeowners on Friday, April 10. Packages include statements submitted by all candidates, which can also be viewed in the link below. The nominees are (in alphabetic order):

• Datta Khalsa, 103 Darlington Lane
• Trish Mihalek, 129 Darlington Lane
• Silvia Perez, 107 Darlington Lane
• Jeff Staben, 129 Darlington Lane

The deadline for the Election Inspector to receive submitted ballots is Monday, May 11 at 5 p.m. Ballots must be submitted in the provided postage-paid envelopes and following the enclosed Voting Guide.

The HOA will be holding a board meeting to observe the ballot opening on Monday, May 11 at 6 p.m. Homeowners may attend the video call by entering the information below:

A vote quorum of 8 ballots is required for this meeting. If quorum is not achieved, the meeting may be rescheduled at least 20 days out, at which time the quorum is reduced to 20% of HOA membership.
