Welcome to the information page for Summit on Utah Homeowners' Association election for 2023-2024.

The Summit on Utah Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for future terms on your HOA’s board of directors.

The Board was seeking volunteers to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for two (2) years.

Three nominations were received, as follows in alphabetic order:

• Roey D. Chasman, #2
• Jeff Delcher, #4
• Kamal Kyrala, #1

There being no more nominees than open positions, and having satisfied state rules regarding Acclamation, these three nominees were accepted to the board by Acclamation.
