Board of Directors and Proposed CC&R Election for 2026
The Southfork Ranch Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for this election.
The Board is seeking volunteers to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for one (1) year. Additionally, the ballot contains proposed updates to the community’s bylaws. These proposed changes are included with the ballot packets mailed July 24, 2026.
Ballots have been distributed by U.S. Mail to all homeowners and must be returned to the Election Inspector by Aug. 26, 2026 to be counted in this election.
