Welcome to the information page for the Skyline Village Condominium Owners Association election for 2024.

The Skyline Village Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for future terms on your HOA’s board of directors.

UPDATED INFORMATION: The Board is seeking volunteers to fill four (4) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for three (3) years. We have received five (5) nominees and ballots have distributed to all homeowners for electing the new board members.

The ballot count has been extended after too few ballots were received by the original date to meet quorum. In alignment with state law and HOA governing documents, the extension allows a reduction in quorum and will be satisfied by the number of ballots already submitted.
