Welcome to the information page for the Silver Oaks of Aptos Homeowners' Association election for 2024.

The Silver Oaks Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for future terms on your HOA’s board of directors.

UPDATED INFORMATION: The Board was seeking volunteers to fill five (5) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for one (1) year.

Ballots have been distributed for the sole nominee: Kenneth Jordan, 14 Fife Court, Aptos.

Additional items on the ballot include:

• Approval of tax resolution for 2023
• Approval of meeting report for 2023 Annual Meeting

Completed ballots must be received at the address below by Aug. 12, 2024 in order to be counted.
