The SHADOW LANE FULLERTON HOA has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. 

In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the ballot and election process for a board proposal to increase HOA dues to $500 per month.

If approved, the new fee schedule will be effective Oct. 1, 2026.    

Ballots have been distributed to all homeowners. Completed ballots must be received by the Election Inspector by Aug. 21 to be counted in this election.
