The Board has accepted the sole nominee by acclamation, concluding this year's election
Welcome to the information page for Sea Side Villas Homeowners' Association election for 2025.
The Sea Side Villas Board of Directors contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for future terms on your HOA’s board of directors.
The Board was seeking volunteers to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors. The deadline for nominations was Nov. 22, 2024.
Nominations were received for one homeowner: Nate Urbassek of 221 Donax, Unit 1.
There being fewer nominees than open positions and having provided homeowner notifications in compliance with state rules, the nominee was accepted to the board by Acclamation.
