Board Member Election for 2026
The R.C.E. HOA Board of Directors has appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Election and we are managing the election process for this election.
Balloting is now underway – and you can mail in your completed ballot today. Ballots must be received at the mailing address on the provided return envelope by June 8, 2026 to be considered for this election. To allow for any unforeseen delays with mail delivery, it’s recommended that you mail your completed ballot sufficiently ahead of the June 8 deadline.
A vote quorum of 20 returned ballots is required for this election. If quorum is not achieved, the board may reschedule the meeting at least 20 days out, at which time the quorum is reduced to 20% of HOA membership.
The HOA will be holding a board meeting to observe the ballot opening and count on Tuesday, June 9 at 6 p.m. at 17607 Mahony Pl. Additionally, Zoom details are below:
