Board Member Election for 2026

The R.C.E. HOA Board of Directors has appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Election and we are managing the election process for this election.


The Board is seeking volunteers to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for one (1) year.
The deadline for board nominations was March 16 and 3 nominations have been received for the following homeowners:

  • Cindy Pelter, 17636 Bryan Pl
  • Fred Morrow, 17607 Mahony Pl
  • Stacy Raphael, 17615 Mahony Pl
     

     

At the close of this deadline, ballots will be mailed to all homeowners, with a deadline to return ballots to the address above by June 8th.


The HOA will be holding a board meeting to observe the ballot opening and count at 6 p.m. on June 9 via ZOOM. A vote quorum of 20 ballots is required for this meeting. If quorum is not achieved, the board may reschedule the meeting at least 20 days out, at which time the quorum is reduced to 20% of HOA membership.

Deadline for Queries to Election Inspector: May 6, 2026. Queries must be received by 5 p.m. PT on 5/6/26 to be included in the election.
