The Presidential Terrace HOA Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for this election.

The Board is seeking volunteers to fill one (1) position on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for two (2) years. 

The deadline for board nominations was June 18 and 2 nominations have been received for the following homeowners:

Nefetari Spencer, 12500 Huston St, Apt 102
Harry Abraham, 12500 Huston Street #302
       
Balloting is now underway – and you can mail in your completed ballot today. Ballots must be received at the mailing address on the provided return envelope by August 25, 2026 to be considered for this election. To allow for any unforeseen delays with mail delivery, it’s recommended that you mail your completed ballot sufficiently ahead of the August 25 deadline.

The HOA will be holding a board meeting to observe the ballot opening and count at 6:30 p.m. on August 26 via ZOOM. Homeowners can gather to view the ZOOM election at Unit 304. A vote quorum of 11 ballots is required for this meeting. If quorum is not achieved, the board may reschedule the meeting at least 20 days out, at which time the quorum is reduced to 20% of HOA membership.
