The Presidential Terrace Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for future terms on your HOA’s board of directors.
The Board is seeking volunteers to fill two (2) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for two (2) years.
