Presidential Terrace HOA
Board of Directors Election for 2026
The Presidential Terrace HOA Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for this election.
The Board is seeking volunteers to fill one (1) position on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for two (2) years.
Homeowners may nominate themselves and/or other qualified members of the association by submitting the information below to the HOA Election Team either by email or U.S. Mail prior to the stated deadline. The deadline for nominations to be Received by Election Inspector is:
5 p.m. June 18, 2026
Ballots must be received by 5 p.m. PT on 6/18/26 to be included in the election.
