Board Member Election for 2026

Balloting is now underway – and you can mail in your completed ballot today. Ballots must be received at the mailing address on the provided return envelope by March 16, 2026 to be considered for this election. To allow for any unforeseen delays with mail delivery, it’s recommended that you mail your completed ballot sufficiently ahead of the March 16 deadline.


ATTENDING THE BALLOT COUNT

The counting of ballots is open to the public, and will be conducted via video conference and in person during the association’s scheduled board meeting.

The HOA will be holding a board meeting to observe the ballot opening and count on Monday, March 16 at 6 p.m. at 14934 Dickens Street Unit #7. Please notify the Board no later than March 9 regarding physical attendance to ensure that someone is present. 


A vote quorum of 11 ballots is required for this meeting. If quorum is not achieved, the board may reschedule the meeting at least 20 days out, at which time the quorum is reduced to 20% of HOA membership.
