The 1914-1916 Pine Street HOA Board of Directors has appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Election and we are managing the election process for this election.

The Board is seeking volunteers to fill five (5) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for one (1) year.

The deadline for board nominations was Jan 05 and six nominations have been received for the following homeowners:

Jim Llyod, 1914 Pine #7
Nancy Zammit, 1916 Pine #2
Rob Joyce, 1914 Pine #3
Daniel Olenic, 1914 Pine Unit #4
Joe Wilm, 1914 Pine #8

At the close of this deadline, ballots will be mailed to all homeowners, with a deadline to return ballots to the address above by March 11.

The HOA will be holding a board meeting to observe the ballot opening and count at 6 p.m. on March 12 via ZOOM. A vote quorum of 9 ballots is required for this meeting. If quorum is not achieved, the board may reschedule the meeting at least 20 days out, at which time the quorum is reduced to 20% of HOA membership.
