Welcome to the information page for the 1914-1916 Pine Street Homeowners' Association election for 2025.
The Pine Street Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for future terms on your HOA’s board of directors.
The Board is seeking volunteers to fill five (5) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for one (1) year.
Ballots have been distributed to all homeowners and the balloting period has closed, with a quorum of ballots having been received by the Election Inspector.
The board meeting to open and tabulate ballots has been set for March 31, 2025 at 6 p.m.
