Welcome to the information page for Partnership Courtyard Homeowners' Association election for 2024.

The Partnership Courtyard Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for future terms on your HOA’s board of directors.

The Board is seeking volunteers to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for one (1) year.

The HOA Election Team has received and validated four (4) nominees:

• Adam Farias, 3430 Rolison Road
• Juan Ochoa, 3478 Rolison Road
• Magdalena Padilla, 3474 Rolison Road
