The Ocean View Terrace Board of Directors has appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Election and we are managing the election process for this election.

The Board is seeking volunteers to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for one (1) year.

The deadline for board nominations was Dec 4 and five nominations have been received for the following homeowners:

• Rhonda Fainsztein, Unit A107
• Tamar Goldberg, Unit B104
• Shannon Nawabi, Unit A106
• Gene Kinum, Unit A103
• Patricia Rudisel, Unit B107

At the close of this deadline, ballots will be mailed to all homeowners, with a deadline to return ballots to the address above by March 8th.

The HOA will be holding a board meeting to observe the ballot opening and count at 7 p.m. on March 10th via ZOOM. A vote quorum of 8 ballots is required for this meeting. If quorum is not achieved, the board may reschedule the meeting at least 20 days out, at which time the quorum is reduced to 20% of HOA membership.
