The Oakbrook Estates Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for this election.

The Board is seeking volunteers to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are currently for one (1) year.

Ballots have been distributed by US Mail to all homeowners, with a deadline for August 3, 2026 to be received by the Election Inspector.
