The Oakbrook Estates Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for this election.

The Board is seeking volunteers to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for one (1) year.

Ballots were mailed to all homeowners on March 2, 2025. The deadline to return completed ballots to the Election Inspector is April 1, 2025 at 5 p.m.

The HOA will be holding a board meeting to observe the ballot opening and count at 6 p.m. on April 1 at Wolf House, 131 East 1st St., Cloverdale, Calif. A vote quorum of 8 ballots is required for this meeting. If quorum is not achieved, the board may reschedule the meeting at least 20 days out, at which time the quorum is reduced to 20% of HOA membership.
