Oakbrook Estates HOA
Board of Directors Election for 2026
The Oakbrook Estates Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for this election.
The Board is seeking volunteers to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are currently for one (1) year.
The deadline for board nominations was April 24 and four nominations have been received for the following homeowners (in alphabetic order):
- James Alexander, 117 Oakbrook Lane
- Dick Butler, 126 Oakbrook Lane
- Nicklas Wilson, 118 Oakbrook Lane
- Inga Zmrzel 122 Oakbrook Lane
Any questions regarding these nominations or the nomination process must be submitted to the Election Inspector by June 1, 2026
At the close of this deadline, ballots will be mailed to all homeowners, with a deadline to return ballots to the address above by the stated date in early-July.
The HOA will be holding a board meeting to observe the ballot opening and count in July, with details to come from the HOA. A vote quorum of 8 ballots is required for this meeting. If quorum is not achieved, the meeting may be rescheduled at least 20 days out, at which time the quorum is reduced to 20% of HOA membership.

Deadline for questions regarding nominations to be Received by Election Inspector
June 1, 2026; 5 p.m.
Nominations must be received by 5 p.m. PT on 6/1/2026 to be included in the election.
