Board of Directors Election for 2025
The Merit Gardens Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for this election.
The Board is seeking volunteers to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for one (1) year.
Homeowners may nominate themselves and/or other qualified members of the association by submitting the information below to the HOA Election Team either by email or U.S. Mail prior to the stated deadline.
