Board Member Election for 2026
Balloting is now underway – and you can mail in your completed ballot today. Ballots must be received at the mailing address on the provided return envelope by April 15, 2026 to be considered for this election. To allow for any unforeseen delays with mail delivery, it’s recommended that you mail your completed ballot sufficiently ahead of the February 16 deadline.
ATTENDING THE BALLOT COUNT
The counting of ballots is open to the public, and will be conducted via ZOOM during the association’s scheduled board meeting.

The HOA will be holding a board meeting to observe the ballot opening and count on Wednesday, April 15 at 6 p.m. Outside Unit 17. Members must notify management 7 days in advance of the ballot count if they want to view the ballot count opening in person.
A vote quorum of 10 ballots is required for this meeting. If quorum is not achieved, the board may reschedule the meeting at least 20 days out, at which time the quorum is reduced to 20% of HOA membership.
