The Marin County Oak Creek HOA Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for this election.

The Board is seeking volunteers to fill one (1) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for two (2) years.

The deadline for board nominations was extended to Feb 02 and two nominations have been received for the following homeowners:
