Magnolia Park HOA

Special Assessment Initiative for 2025

The Magnolia Park Homeowners Association is proposing a special assessment and the HOA Election Team has mailed ballots to all homeowners to be able to vote on this initiative.

The proposed special assessment is for $1,100 per home. The Board has recommended this assessment is needed to maintain financial solvency for the HOA moving forward and repay the funds used from HOA reserves.

If approved, the proposed one-time Special Assessment of $1,100 per household will be able to be paid in four monthly installments of $275.
