The Magnolia Park HOA Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for this election.

The Board is seeking volunteers to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for one (1) year.
 

The deadline for board nominations was July 31 and four nominations have been received for the following homeowners (in alphabetic order):

• Eli Chance, 229 Button St.
• Adele Gemigniani, 221 Button St.
• Eric Harris, 227 Button St.
• Daniella Long, 231 Button St.

The deadline for Queries to Election Inspector is Sept. 4 at 5 p.m. PT.
 

At the close of this deadline, ballots will be mailed to all homeowners, with a deadline to return ballots to the address above in early October. A quorum of 5 ballots is required for this meeting. If quorum is not achieved, the board may reschedule the meeting at least 20 days out, at which time the quorum is reduced to 20% of HOA membership.
