The Lynda Lake Gardens HOA Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for this election.

Jonas Barbour, 933 Lakeview Way
Thomas Greenberg, 931 Lakeview Way
Tara Perkins, 985 Lakeview Way

Balloting is now underway – and you can mail in your completed ballot today. Ballots must be received at the mailing address on the provided return envelope by August 24, 2026 to be considered for this election. To allow for any unforeseen delays with mail delivery, it’s recommended that you mail your completed ballot sufficiently ahead of the August 24 deadline.

The HOA will be holding a board meeting to observe the ballot opening and count at 6 p.m. on August 25 via ZOOM. A vote quorum of 9 ballots is required for this meeting. If quorum is not achieved, the board may reschedule the meeting at least 20 days out, at which time the quorum is reduced to 20% of HOA membership.
