The Lynda Lake Gardens HOA Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for this election.

The Board is seeking volunteers to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors: two seats reserved for lake owner members (currently Greenberg and Dobel) and one seat reserved for licensee members (currently Barbour). As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for four (4) years. 

The deadline for board nominations was June 12 and 4 nominations have been received for the following homeowners:

Jonas Barbour, 933 Lakeview Way
Thomas Greenberg, 931 Lakeview Way
Tara Perkins, 985 Lakeview Way
Maryanne DoBel, 951 Lakeview Way

At the close of this deadline, ballots will be mailed to all homeowners, with a deadline to return ballots to the address above by August 24.

The HOA will be holding a board meeting to observe the ballot opening and count at 6 p.m. on August 25 via ZOOM. A vote quorum of 9 ballots is required for this meeting. If quorum is not achieved, the board may reschedule the meeting at least 20 days out, at which time the quorum is reduced to 20% of HOA membership.
