The Lincoln View Association Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for this election.

Balloting is now underway – and you can mail in your completed ballot today. Ballots must be received at the mailing address on the provided return envelope by May 28, 2026 to be considered for this election. To allow for any unforeseen delays with mail delivery, it’s recommended that you mail your completed ballot sufficiently ahead of the May 28 deadline.

A vote quorum of 86 returned ballots is required for this election. If quorum is not achieved, the board may reschedule the meeting at least 20 days out, at which time the quorum is reduced to 20% of HOA membership.

The HOA will be holding a board meeting to observe the ballot opening and count on Thursday, May 28 at 7 p.m. at 25645 Sharp Dr Unit B, Hemet, CA.
