The Laurel Oaks HOA Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for this election.

The Board is seeking volunteers to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, board terms for this election will be 1 year.

The deadline for board nominations was Nov 24 and one nominations has been received for the following homeowners:

Sara Wong, 1275 Laurel St.  

At the close of this deadline, ballots will be mailed to all homeowners, with a deadline to return ballots to the address above by February.

The HOA will be holding a board meeting to observe the ballot opening and count via Zoom. Exact date and time is to be determined by the Board and will be provided on the ballot materials. A vote quorum of 4 ballots is required for this meeting. If quorum is not achieved, the board may reschedule the meeting at least 20 days out, at which time the quorum is reduced to 20% of HOA membership.
