We encourage you to use this extended deadline and mail in your ballot today! Ballots must be received by March 2nd at 5 pm to count in this election.

The adjusted quorum is 2 ballots. If you have any questions about your quorum please email or call us, and we will be happy to assist you. 

Balloting is now underway – and you can mail in your completed ballot today. Ballots must be received at the mailing address on the provided return envelope by February 5, 2026 to be considered for this election. To allow for any unforeseen delays with mail delivery, it’s recommended that you mail your completed ballot sufficiently ahead of the February 6th deadline.

The counting of ballots is open to the public, and will be conducted via video conference and in person during the association’s scheduled board meeting.

The HOA will be holding a board meeting to observe the ballot opening and count on Thursday, February 5 at 6 p.m. via ZOOM.  

A vote quorum of 4 ballots is required for this meeting. If quorum is not achieved, the board may reschedule the meeting at least 20 days out, at which time the quorum is reduced to 20% of HOA membership
