The Lakeview at Rio Bravo HOA Board of Directors has appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Election and we are managing the election process for this election.

The Board is seeking volunteers to fill five (5) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for one (1) year.
The deadline for board nominations was March 16 and 4 nominations have been received for the following homeowners:

• Libby Medina, 8502 Roaring Fork St
• Kathy Reynolds 8601 Roaring Fork St
• Chuck Thomason, 8612 Roaring Fork St
• JoAnn Georgio, 8612 Roaring Fork St
  
        

At the close of this deadline, ballots will be mailed to all homeowners, with a deadline to return ballots to the address above by May 30.

The HOA will be holding a board meeting to observe the ballot opening and count at 6 p.m. on June 2 via ZOOM. A vote quorum of 10 ballots is required for this meeting. If quorum is not achieved, the board may reschedule the meeting at least 20 days out, at which time the quorum is reduced to 20% of HOA membership.
