The Harkness Condominium Association Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for this election.

The Board is seeking volunteers to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for one (1) year.

The deadline for nominations was November 21 and six nominations have been received.

• Johnny Chang, Unit 78-04
• Jimmy Tran, Unit 70-08

Ballots have been mailed to all homeowners. 

The HOA will be holding a board meeting to observe the ballot opening and count at 6 p.m. on Feb. 6 via Zoom. A vote quorum of 10 ballots is required for this meeting. If quorum is not achieved, the board may reschedule the meeting at least 20 days out.
