The Greenhills HOA Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for this election. 

The Association is seeking volunteers to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for two (2) years. 

The deadline for board nominations was July 27 and 3 nominations have been received for the following homeowners:

John Campbell
Jason Landis
Dana Troost

Deadline for Queries to Election Inspector:
 September 2, 2026
Queries must be received by 5 p.m. PT on 9/2/26 to be included in the election.

At the close of the above deadline, all nominations must be accepted or rejected, and ballots will be mailed to all homeowners, with a deadline to return ballots to the address above by October 19.

The HOA will be holding a board meeting to observe the ballot opening and count at 6 p.m. on October 20 via Google Meet. A vote quorum of 227 ballots is required for this meeting. If quorum is not achieved, the board may reschedule the meeting no less than five (5) days nor more than thirty (30) days from the original meeting date. The quorum for any adjourned meeting shall be fifteen percent (15%) of the total number of votes of HOA membership.
