The Greenhills HOA Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for this election. 

The Association is seeking volunteers to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for two (2) years. 

The deadline for board nominations was July 27 and 3 nominations have been received for the following homeowners:

John Campbell
Jason Landis
Dana Troost

Balloting is now underway – and you can mail in your completed ballot today. Ballots must be received at the mailing address on the provided return envelope by October 19, 2026 to be considered for this election. To allow for any unforeseen delays with mail delivery, it’s recommended that you mail your completed ballot sufficiently ahead of the October 19 deadline.


The HOA will be holding a board meeting to observe the ballot opening and count on Tuesday, October 20 at 6 p.m. at 300 Kings Ave, Chowchilla, CA 93610 (In the Ginsburg Room at the Chowchilla Library) and via Google Meet. A vote quorum of 227 ballots is required for this meeting. If quorum is not achieved, the board may reschedule the meeting no less than five (5) days nor more than thirty (30) days from the original meeting date. The quorum for any adjourned meeting shall be fifteen percent (15%) of the total number of votes of HOA membership.
