The Gardena Pacific Point HOA Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for this election.

The Board is seeking volunteers to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for one (1) year.

Nominations have closed and ballots have been distributed, with the following three homeowners on the ballot:

• Nada Harrison, 15220 S. Normandie, #201
• Rebecca Mock, 15220 S. Normandie, #305
• Sebastian Zdaryl, 15520 S. Normandie, #210
   

The deadline for completed ballots to be returned to the Election Inspector is Oct. 26, 2026.
