Board of Directors Election for 2025

The Florin Gardens Co-op Board of Directors has appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Election and we are managing the election process for this election.

The Board is seeking volunteers to fill four (4) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms vary and these new board members will be elected to either one- or  three-year terms.

The deadline for board nominations was May 24 and eight nominations have been received for the following homeowners (listed in alphabetic order):

  • Myesha Sims, 2493 57th Ave.
  • Iris White, 2471 57th Ave.

Deadline for questions regarding board nominations must be Received by Election Inspector

June 30, 2025

Queries must be received by 5 p.m. PT on 6/30/25 to be included in the election.

At the close of this deadline, ballots will be mailed to all homeowners, with a deadline to return ballots to the address above by August 4, 2025. The HOA will be holding a board meeting to observe the ballot opening and count in August. A vote quorum of 56 ballots is required for this meeting. If quorum is not achieved, the board may reschedule the meeting at least 20 days out, at which time the quorum is reduced to 20% of HOA membership.
