The Florin Gardens Co-op Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for future terms on your HOA’s board of directors.
The Board is seeking volunteers to fill four (4) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms for board members in this election will be one or three years (depending on volume of votes for each candidate), allowing the board to return to having 1 or 2 board seats up for election in each future year and all future terms following this election being for 3 years.
Homeowners may nominate themselves and/or other qualified members of the association by submitting the information below to the HOA Election Team either by email or U.S. Mail prior to the stated deadline. Nominees to the board must not be delinquent in payment of regular or special assessments with the association and must have been a homeowner for at least one year at the time of ballot distribution.
