The Florin Gardens Co-op Board of Directors has appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Election and we are managing the election process for this election.

The Board is seeking volunteers to fill one (1) position on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, this new board members will be elected to a three-year term.

Homeowners may nominate themselves and/or other qualified members of the association by submitting the information below to the HOA Election Team either by email or U.S. Mail prior to the stated deadline. Nominees to the board must not be delinquent in payment of regular or special assessments with the association and must have been a homeowner for at least one year at the time of ballot distribution.
