Steps we take to make elections simple
Thank you for taking the time to review what the HOA Election Team has to offer the communities you represent. Below are 3 sample elements that would be used for on-boarding communities, collecting board candidate statements, and keeping important information top-of-mind with community members.
Community Onboarding
We use a digital onboarding process, making it easy to enter details without printing or mailing, and from any device. This also creates a record that can be updated from one year to the next. We'll also use this record to send you reminders on potential upcoming election dates (and we promise not to spam you).
Custom Community Site
A custom page (non-indexed orphan) is created for each election, with the URL provided to homeowners. Page includes links to candidate statements, ballot resolutions, deadlines and details. It also includes active links for one-click joining of ballot count video call.
Candidate Statements
A digital form is also used to collect optional board candidate statements. This eliminates any errors that can occur with transcribing from one document to the next. It also helps set limits on the length of submissions. And of course candidates can write their statements from a laptop, tablet, and even a smartphone.
