The Deauville Maison Board of Directors has appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Election and we are managing the election process for this election.

The Board is seeking volunteers to fill five (5) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for two-three (2-3) years with the highest voted serving three years, and the remaining serving two years. 

The deadline for board nominations was Jan 03 and three nominations have been received for the following homeowners:

Judith Dancyger, Unit #2
Maryam Shirkhan, Unit #19
Tyler Hereford, Unit #11 
 

At the close of this deadline, ballots will be mailed to all homeowners, with a deadline to return ballots to the address above by March 10th.

The HOA will be holding a board meeting to observe the ballot opening and count at 6 p.m. on March 11 via ZOOM. A vote quorum of 11 ballots is required for this meeting. If quorum is not achieved, the board may reschedule the meeting at least 20 days out, at which time the quorum is reduced to 20% of HOA membership.
