Welcome to the information page for Cape Bay Colony Homeowners' Association election for 2023.

This election will include voting on candidates for your HOA board, as well as several resolutions.

Ballots will be mailed to all qualified homeowners in mid-December and must be returned and received by the HOA Election Team by Feb. 20 ,2023 to be counted.

We will be opening and counting ballots live on Feb. 21, 2023. To observe, you may attend in person or via video conference.
