Welcome to the information page for the Casa La Familia Homeowners' Association special assessment ballot for 2024.
The Casa La Familia Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the notification and balloting process for the proposed special assessment.
Election notifications were mailed to all homeowners on March 21, 2024. Details on the proposed special assessment will be contained in the official ballot. The special assessment pertains to funding for the roof replacement project proposed by your HOA's board of directors per the regular board meeting held on Jan. 23, 2024.
