The Camanche Village Association Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for this election.

The Board is seeking volunteers to fill five (5) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for one (1) year.

The deadline for board nominations was Dec 8 and five nominations have been received for the following homeowners:

Leona Marino, 2755 Village Dr
Brian Oertwig, 4340 Cheyenne Dr
Tammy Balthazar, 4051 Zumi Ct
Rick Dalton, 2881 Village Dr
Kevin Stott, 2924 Village Dr

At the close of this deadline, ballots will be mailed to all homeowners, with a deadline to return ballots to the address above by February 16th.

The HOA will be holding a board meeting to observe the ballot opening and count at 6 p.m. on Feb. 17 via Zoom. Details will be provided on the ballot materials. A vote quorum is not required for this meeting.
