Balloting is now underway – and you can mail in your completed ballot today. Ballots must be received at the mailing address on the provided return envelope by February 16, 2026 to be considered for this election. To allow for any unforeseen delays with mail delivery, it’s recommended that you mail your completed ballot sufficiently ahead of the February 16 deadline.

 The counting of ballots is open to the public, and will be conducted via ZOOM during the association’s scheduled board meeting.
