The 2829 CALIFORNIA ST. & DIVISADERO ST. CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. 

In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we are managing the process for this election.

The Board is seeking volunteers to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors and has two nominee candidates: 

• Alexis Denz: 2829 California Street, Apt. 8
• James Michael Richard: 2829 California Street, Apt. 4C

As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for one year.

Additionally, ballots for this election include consideration of proposed amendments to the community’s governing documents.

Voting in this election is being online and all homeowners should have on Oct. 16 received an emailed invitation to log in to a secure site and vote.

The deadline for voting is Nov. 17, 2026 at 1 p.m.
