Board Member Election for 2026
Balloting is now underway – and you can mail in your completed ballot today. Ballots must be received at the mailing address on the provided return envelope by March 10, 2026 to be considered for this election. To allow for any unforeseen delays with mail delivery, it’s recommended that you mail your completed ballot sufficiently ahead of the March 10 deadline.
ATTENDING THE BALLOT COUNT
The counting of ballots is open to the public, and will be conducted via video conference and in person during the association’s scheduled board meeting.

The HOA will be holding a board meeting to observe the ballot opening and count on Tuesday, March 10 at 6pm at 1100 Rutland Road, Unit 7 Newport Beach, CA 92660. Note that the board must be notified by March 3 for someone to be present in person.
A vote quorum of 6 ballots is required for this meeting. If quorum is not achieved, the board may reschedule the meeting at least 20 days out, at which time the quorum is reduced to 20% of HOA membership.
