The 620-626 Alcatraz Avenue Board of Directors has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for this election.
The Board is seeking volunteers to fill four (4) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms for the top two vote receivers will be 2 years and terms for second two vote receivers will be for 1 year.
The deadline for board nominations was Feb. 21 and four nominations have been received for the following homeowners (listed alphabetically):
The Deadline for Queries to Election Inspector regarding the slate of nominees is March 24, 2025 at 5 p.m. PT.
At the close of this deadline, ballots will be mailed to all homeowners, with a deadline to return ballots to the address below by April 24, 2025.
The HOA will be holding a board meeting to observe the ballot opening and count at following the April ballot deadline. If quorum is not achieved, the board may reschedule the meeting at least 20 days out, at which time the quorum is reduced to 20% of HOA membership.
