Board of Directors Election for 2026
The 620-626 Alcatraz Avenue HOA has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for this election.
The Board is seeking volunteers to fill two (2) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for two years.
Note that with this advance notice, the board is preserving the option to seat qualified candidates by acclamation and without balloting should the number of nominated candidate be equal to or less than the number of open seats. (Civ. Code § 5103(b)(1))
Homeowners may nominate themselves and/or other qualified members of the association by submitting the information below to the HOA Election Team either by email or U.S. Mail prior to the stated deadline.
