Board of Directors Election for 2026

The 620-626 Alcatraz Avenue HOA has contracted with and appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Elections. In that capacity, and in compliance with state law, we will be managing the nomination and election process for this election.


The Board is seeking volunteers to fill two (2) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for two years.

Note that with the advance notice sent Feb. 12, the board is preserving the option to seat qualified candidates by acclamation and without balloting should the number of nominated candidates be equal to or less than the number of open seats. (Civ. Code § 5103(b)(1))


The deadline for board nominations was May 13 and one nomination has been received for the following homeowner:

  • Mitja Trampus: 626D Alcatraz Ave.


Deadline for Queries to Election Inspector is June 19, 2026.
Queries must be received by 5 p.m. PT on 6/19/26 to be included in the election. 


At the close of this deadline, and barring any changes or exclusions, the board may move forward with accepting this nominee to fill the vacant board position.
