The 790 Seventh Avenue HOA  Board of Directors has appointed the HOA Election Team, LLC as your certified Inspector of Election and we are managing the election process for this election.

The Board is seeking volunteers to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors. As specified in your HOA governing documents, Board terms are for one (1) year.

The deadline for board nominations was Dec 19 and three nominations have been received for the following homeowners:

Rachel Jones, Unit 303
Natalia Tarasovsky, Unit 304
